Yet/ Still / Already
Already means that an action has been done sooner than expected.
They have already arrived.
Yet means something is still expected to happen and is used in negative and question sentences.
We haven't used it yet.
Are we there yet?
Still means something is ongoing at the present time. It is usually placed after the "be" verbs and before action or or stative verbs.
It was still dark when I got in.
